Grignano construction site progress

30. October 2025

Construction at the Grignano harbor in Italy is progressing according to plan.
The development of a building with a panoramic elevator is underway, alongside ongoing works on the southern segment of the waterfront.

The project transforms the lungomare into a natural extension of the nearby park, harmoniously integrating with the surroundings near Miramare Castle. The new features, including the panoramic elevator, will provide a unique experience of both the natural and historical environment.

The Grignano harbor redevelopment is based on the concept of a highly functional, open pedestrian space with distinct urban zones.
The goal is to redefine traffic and parking, improve accessibility and functionality of existing facilities, and establish stronger connections with Miramare Castle and Park.

By turning the area into a pedestrian zone and reducing the dominance of vehicular traffic, the project emphasizes sustainable mobility, accessibility, and the quality of public spaces. This approach encourages greater presence of people and commercial activity, revitalizing Grignano as a lively part of the waterfront.
