At this year’s international Graphisoft IGNITE conference, Marko Dabrović, one of the founding partners of 3LHD, will present our studio’s approach to sustainable and future-proof design through projects such as the Rimac Campus. The lecture will explore how fossil fuel–free architecture and advanced climate systems meet the philosophy of “total design” – an approach that integrates architecture, landscape, and community to create human-centered, sustainable, and inspiring spaces.
Through concrete examples, Marko will demonstrate how digital tools and innovative workflows – from BIM technology with ArchiCAD to the VOLUM3 collaboration platform – enable more efficient coordination of complex projects and raise standards of quality. Special emphasis will be placed on CO₂-based material catalogs, early clash detection, and methods that unite design, technology, and sustainability into one cohesive process.
The lecture offers a behind-the-scenes look at one of Croatia’s most ambitious projects – the Rimac Campus – and reveals how 3LHD is shaping the workplaces and communities of the future.
