3LHD is the recipient of the Annual Award for Green Building and Sustainable Built Environment 2024 in the category Institution/Organization of the Year.
This award, presented by the Croatian Green Building Council, recognizes our long-standing commitment to sustainability, interdisciplinarity, and innovation.
The award ceremony took place on July 10, 2025, during the Summer Green Workshop. This recognition affirms our contribution to the development of sustainable architecture, the promotion of circular economy principles, and responsible spatial management.
At 3LHD, sustainability is not an addition to the project but its foundation – from careful planning and responsible material selection to the implementation of digital tools such as VOLUM3, and project solutions that thoughtfully address environmental, social, and technical challenges. Projects such as the Grand Park Hotel Rovinj, Bale Sports Hall, Rimac Campus, and Urania are part of our continuous exploration of how architecture can improve quality of life – today and in the long term.
