RE:D conference, which was held on February 28 and 29, 2024 at the Hilton Conference & Event Center in Zagreb, brought together experts in the real estate sector, investors, developers, consultants, and policymakers. The event aimed to explore global and regional trends in the development and utilization of spaces such as residential buildings, office and commercial spaces, and hotels.
One of the panels at the conference was "Digital Transformation of Asset Management: Efficiency, Innovation, and User Value," in which our Marko Dabrović participated. Alongside him, the panelists included Mateo Jarak (Vertiv), Marko Šimac (Hrvatske ceste), and Bojan Petković (PlanRadar), with Damir Mance (Arhitektura Minimal) as the moderator.
The conference program featured numerous presentations, panel discussions, and workshops covering key topics such as technology and innovation, investment strategies, risk management, and the development of the regulatory framework and its implications for investment strategies.
