3LHD at the Sustainability in Construction conference

04. November 2026

Marko Dabrović, partner at 3LHD, and architect Ivana Šajn are taking part in panel discussions at the international conference More Than a Blueprint: Sustainability in Construction, taking place from 4 to 6 November 2026 at Urania in Zagreb.

Organised by VOLUM3 and Urania, the conference brings together professionals from architecture, construction, and sustainable development to exchange experiences and explore how sustainability principles are applied in the design, construction, and use of space.

Marko Dabrović will take part in the discussion on 4 November as part of the programme From Idea to System, which explores how sustainable principles apply across different scales and project types. Alongside Marko, the discussion will feature representatives of Atelier Ten, LDA Design, Rimac Automobili and Grgurević & Partneri, and the conversation will be moderated by Jadrana Ćurković, a board member of the international award The Daylight Award.

Ivana Šajn is taking part in the discussion From Practice to Practice on 5 November, dedicated to concrete experiences and the challenges of applying sustainable solutions. Ivana will present the Žabica Bus Terminal in Rijeka and the DBNG project as examples of sustainable approaches in 3LHD's architectural practice. The discussion will also feature experts from the offices of Amstein+Walthert and Idea 2 Project, as well as members of the academic community, moderated by Andrijana Jurin, editor-in-chief of the egradnja.hr portal.

More information about the conference and program is available on the official Urania website.
