Intensive construction work is underway at the Hotel Marjan site in Split. Following the completion of demolition, excavation, and foundation work, the hotel's structure is gradually rising. In some areas, the walls of the first floor have already been erected, while other sections are undergoing intensive concrete work.
The first prefabricated bathrooms have also arrived and will soon be installed in the rooms. At the same time, work is progressing on the mechanical installations for the heating and cooling system using seawater, while the completed sections of the structure are being waterproofed and thermally insulated.
Construction is advancing at different paces, depending on the complexity of each section, but the project is steadily moving towards its ultimate goal – the revival of one of Split's iconic waterfront landmarks.
